The applications run on any browser or smart device. They are multi-regional, meaning they work in any country on the planet without geographic restrictions.

Currently the interface is available in Spanish only. We are actively working on an international interface that will support English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.

A contractor, responsible for billing, can define their portfolio of companies. Within each company they define traceable or non-traceable branches. Traceable units are agricultural units with full tracking.

The original engineering was based on Coffee. When writing the algorithms, they were optimized to support any type of crop, linking them to their specific phases and processes.

Supported crops

  • Olive
  • Avocado
  • Beekeeping
  • Banana
  • Cocoa
  • Coffee
  • Cardamom
  • Sugar cane
  • Rubber
  • Corn
  • African palm
  • Plantain
  • Wheat
  • Grape

The application is designed to serve from small producers to large-scale producers. Our vision is to grow markets, especially empowering small producers to access international markets.

A traceability plan is a structured document or system that defines how a product, batch or input will be tracked throughout the entire supply and production chain, from origin to the end consumer.

Its purpose is to ensure that at any time the history, location and destination of a product can be identified — key for food safety, quality, risk management and regulatory compliance.

It refers to the availability, access and consumption of sufficient, safe and nutritious food for all people at all times. The FAO defines it in 4 pillars:
  • Availability → sufficient food exists.
  • Access → people can acquire it physically and economically.
  • Utilization → food is nutritious and properly used.
  • Stability → this situation is maintained over time, without risk of scarcity from crises, conflicts or climate events.

Agricultural accounting is fundamental because it allows measuring, controlling and planning resources in a sector facing high uncertainty from biological, climate and market factors. Key benefits include:
  • Cost and expense control
  • Informed decision-making
  • Profitability and sustainability
  • Access to financing and subsidies
  • Tax and regulatory compliance
  • Risk management
  • Traceability and added value

Key Concepts

Understanding agricultural traceability

Agricultural Traceability

A system that allows tracking the complete journey of a product from seed to end consumer, documenting every stage of the production process.

HACCP

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. A preventive system that guarantees food safety by identifying and controlling risks in production.

Good Agricultural Practices

A set of technical principles, standards and recommendations applied to the different stages of agricultural production to ensure safety and sustainability.

Agricultural IoT

Internet of Things applied to agriculture: smart sensors and devices deployed in the field that monitor temperature, humidity, irrigation and more in real time.

Agricultural SaaS

Software as a Service: cloud application access without needing your own infrastructure, available from any internet-connected device.

Regulated Markets

International markets that require strict quality, traceability and food safety standards as a prerequisite for importing agri-food products.
